The construction of this lovely home took place in the latter half of the 19th century, roughly between the years 1860 and 1870. There are many magnificent details and pieces of woodwork that have been removed, but there are also plenty that remain, such as the newel post that was located at the bottom of the staircase.
Another video of this house can be found on YouTube, and this one is from the time when it still had the entire bannister. Unfortuitously, a sizable housing development has begun to encroach upon the property, and it is likely that the house will soon be demolished to make way for a new subdivision. Although the house had been up for sale for some time, it now appears that the land in the vicinity is the more valued asset. We appreciate you watching!
